Work Performed:

• Mechanical air unit removed (performed by HVAC contractor)
• Repaired and recovered projection with wood runners, insulation, plywood and modified roof material (torched down)
• Coated with white acrylic paint
• Repaired another deteriorated/wet area in similar fashion
• Removed access safety hatch, built up insulation, tied in with TPO membrane and accessories
• Reinstalled hatch
• Custom shop fabricated guard rail at hatch and parapet wall
• Custom fabricated  steel plate for extra footing at ladder edge and hatch
• Supplied, custom fabricated and installed safety ladder with cage for inside access to roof
• Painted all steel (rails, grips, ladder, cage and plate) safety yellow
• Provided extended Pinkston-Tadd, Inc. warranty
