    Work Area Protection

    Work Performed:

    • Over existing roof surface, mechanically installed new installation
    • Mechanically installed and heat welded new TPO membrane
    • Flashed in all skylights, drains and other projections with TPO accessories
    • Installed new walk pad to desired areas via heat welding
    • Custom shop fabricated & installed new 24-ga. metal edge to entire perimeter
    • Provided extended warranty from manufacturer and Pinkston-Tadd, Inc.
